Please join the Region 2 National Preparedness Division for a special session featuring a subject matter expert from Safe Horizons, the nation’s leading victim assistance organization based in New York City. This organization operates a network of programs to provide assistance, advocacy and support to victims who have experienced domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, youth homelessness and other crimes.

This webinar will focus on effective engagement of trafficked persons, core principles of trauma informed care, client-centered practice, and Safe Horizon's approach to providing social services to survivors.

Who should attend? FEMA Staff, Whole Community, Local, State, Federal government, Private Sector, Philanthropic entities, Emergency Managers.
